This privacy notice provides information on how the Robertson Group companies and Clear Futures collect and process your personal data when you sign up to and attend the Clear Futures Webinars.

Important information and who we are:
Robertson Group and Robertson Residential Group is made up of different legal entities, details of which can be found here: Legal | Robertson. When we mention “Robertson Group” for this privacy notice we are referring to the Robertson Group which is the controller responsible for the Clear Futures Webinars. Clear Futures is a partner of Robertson Group Ltd.

- The data we will receive about you
In respect of the Clear Futures Webinars, Clear Futures, may collect, store and transfer the following personal data about you (as detailed in this Privacy Policy provided to you on your sign up):
- Email address, Name, Company you work for
- A record of any correspondence between you and Clear Futures;
- Information about your device (e.g. your IP address, web browser, operating system) for system administration, debugging and aggregate reporting.
Robertson Group will have access to the names of participants signed up, email address and company name throughout the Clear Futures Webinars. This will be to allow us to contact you in future.
- How long we will keep your personal data
After the Activity has ended, we will hold the e-mail address, name and company so that we can continue to communicate post the event.
Clear Futures intend to use your information for electronic marketing purposes to provide you with the opportunity to sign up to similar events in the future such as events, webinars and workshops.
- How we share your personal data
We will share your personal data with no other persons or groups within Robertson and will use the data for continuing to communicate post the event. Your first name, last name and email address will be shared with Concep Marketing Platform which we use for ongoing communications.
The Concep Platform is based in the USA and therefore in processing your data it will be held on servers within the USA.
- Your legal rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data including the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
