Charlotte is responsible for operational and strategic management across our partnerships, working both with participants and supply chain partners.
Rob Cottrill
Rob chairs the joint venture board between the founding participants of Clear Futures. He manages the performance of Strategic Delivery Partners and ensures they deliver the Clear Futures 5-year business plan objectives.
Helena Rivers
Helena focuses on growth, service offerings and strategic relationships, bringing together diverse teams to deliver sustainable outcomes across the built estate. decarbonisation and energy workstreams
Phil Tandy
Phil is responsible for ensuring the Clear Futures team are compliant and governed in a responsible way so that our partnerships are transparent and accountable across the board.
Ian Fitzpatrick
Ian is Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Planning and Regeneration at Eastbourne and Lewes Councils. He brings key public sector insight to ensure the strategic partnership and procurement vehicle best serves our customers’ constantly changing needs.
Keith Edwards
Keith helps to shape the strategic direction and growth of our partnerships. He works closely with participants to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities and ensure the successful delivery of projects and services that create long-term value for communities.
